William Huffstetler holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Georgia Southern University and spent more than 25 years building and operating restaurants. That self-taught foundation compounded into two web applications and two startups, including the TRAVA AI engine powering ClipSifter and Odin's Almanac — a restaurant operations management platform currently in the patent process. ClipSifter (tubesift.app) is a live, publicly available AI-powered video answer engine. When you have a how-to question, plain text summaries aren't enough — and scrubbing through 20-minute YouTube videos wastes your time. ClipSifter gives you exact, timestamped clips that answer your question, compiled from multiple authoritative YouTube sources.
Ask any question in plain English. The AI searches YouTube, scores every transcript segment for relevance, extracts the exact moments that answer the question, and sequences them into a coherent, watchable answer video — complete with AI-generated narration between clips.

ClipSifter is a digital-native SaaS product operating on a freemium subscription model. It is live at tubesift.app and available globally with no geographic restrictions. Subscription plans include:

The platform is built entirely on Google Cloud infrastructure — including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Vertex AI (Gemini), Firebase Hosting, and Cloud Run. All AI processing, user authentication, and data storage run on GCP.
