Subscription Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your subscription within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months
  • You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, contact us directly at tubesift_support@vikingrestaurantconsultants.com or use our Contact page with your account email and subscription details. We will cancel your subscription and confirm via email within 1 business day. You can also cancel directly through your PayPal account under "Payments > Manage Automatic Payments."

Search Pack Refunds

Search packs are one-time purchases of search credits. Due to the digital nature of these products:

  • Unused credits: If you have not used any credits from your pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Partially used credits: No refunds for packs where credits have been used
  • Credits do not expire: Your purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely

Concierge Service Refunds

If we are unable to find a satisfactory video answer for your concierge request, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests for the concierge service must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests in cases of:

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
  • Requests made after the applicable refund period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and PayPal order or subscription ID
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued through PayPal to your original payment method.

Processing Time

Once approved, PayPal refunds typically appear in your account within:

  • PayPal Balance: Instant to 1 business day
  • Linked Bank Account or Card: 3–5 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
